Your first three sessions
Choose one project at a comfortable skill level. Session 1: gather and explore. Session 2: make and explain with the parent prompts. Session 3: try a new example and decide what to revisit. Repeat the routine with the next project—there is no race through the library.

Do I pay again for new content?
No. Your one-time $39 household purchase includes current and future content added to the parent project library at no additional charge. We’re adding new content daily. Sign into My Downloads to get new additions—there is no subscription to renew.
What do we need to get started?
A table, paper and a pencil. Depending on your starter, add a centimeter ruler or three large household objects. Each lesson lists everything before you begin. No printer, power tools or child login required.
What if I’m not confident teaching math?
Follow the numbered steps. Each lesson includes an exact question to ask, an answer to check against, and an easier route if your child needs it. You can learn together.
What about dyscalculia or other learning needs?
Use visible objects, drawings, untimed practice and spoken explanations. Needs vary; this is supplemental learning, not diagnosis or treatment. Read our research-informed parent guide.
Do we do the workshop activities in these photos?
No. Photos show the Kilroy’s Workshop community, not the home PDF projects. Home starters use everyday supplies; the full collection uses paper, cardboard and planning models. Adults handle preparation and cutting.
Have these projects been tested with families?
They are pilot materials. Math and digital checks have been performed; physical builds, family usability and learning outcomes remain unverified. Read the evidence and its limits.
